Craft Vendor/Exhibitor Information
After reading the following contract requirements, please complete and return (US Mail/FedEx/UPS) the accompanying contract with the full non-refundable vendor fee to:

Only a cashier’s check or money order for the full amount will be accepted. Make the non-refundable cashier’s check or money order payable to:

The Booth Fee is $530.00 + $70.00 Code Enforcement Fee = $600.00.* Payment must be made for the full amount. Deadline for payment from vendors is April 1, 2011.

Exhibition space (10’ x 10’) will be pre-assigned by the Exibition Manager according to payment and space availability. Before setting up, vendors must present pre-assigned vendor’s badge and receipt of payment. There will be absolutely no on-site booth spaces assigned during the event. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Africa In April Cultural Awareness Festival Committee is authorized to remove arts/crafts, artifacts, or other merchandise not compliant with the festival theme.
Exhibitors must complete site-registration form upon arrival, prior to set-up.
Vendors may rent table(s) on-site.
Vendors must furnish a copy of their business license to Africa In April.
ALL TENTS MUST BE FIRE RETARDANT

The Festival will showcase the Republic of Senegal from an international perspective using a multiplicity of mediums - education, economics, culture, fashions, arts/crafts, music, history, and cuisines.
Festival-goers will enjoy a diverse cultural marketplace and four days of fun, festivities, and food with a different theme each day. Make plans now for the celebration.
