This year’s festival will offer training sessions and workshops to
corporate partners and community participants. The Multi-Cultural Awareness
workshops have been designed to help participants explore the various facets
of diversity in the workplace and the links between multi-cultural inclusion
to the expansion of the customer base. This year's event focuses
on two areas Leadership Training
and Supplier Diversity.

truth of the matter is that many of the prejudices and preconceived notions
are shared between parties. Successful multi-cultural awareness starts
with the acceptance of cultural differences by all parties involved. |
